Performance of preparatory pre-project activities, in particular preparation of construction programs for public works, investment programs, architectural and urban development studies, land use planning surveys and analyses.
Performance of comprehensive project activities, in particular preparation of architectural designs and documentation for siting of constructions and their changes, project documentation of constructions and their changes, including their interiors and surroundings, as well as building reconstructions and improvements and building monument restoration.
Elaboration of land use planning materials and land use planning documentation.
Performance of project and construction management, in particular project control and co-ordination of partial projects prepared by engineers, land planners and other experts and exercise of author supervision over the implemented projects according to the approved project documentation over the construction development and performance of construction supervision.
Graphic rendering and modelling of architectural works, including the preparation of technical documentation and specifications.
Provision of related technical services, in particular the provision of architectural counselling to investors and estate owners, representation of investor during the preparation and carrying out of constructions.
Making of expert opinions, estimations and references.
