The apartment building project was a real challenge for its unique location in the center of Nitra, at the foot of the castle hill, near the Theater of Andrej Bagar and at Svätopluk Square. A real housing in the city center. The requirements were clear, to evaluate the views, to maximize glazed areas of flats, the exterior of flats - loggias and terraces, rentable areas, to solve the complex parking and height differences between the streets bounding the land, the demands of the landowners and the noise from frequented Mostna street. It was managed by the suspended facade with loggias covered with copper outer jalousies, which created a dynamic, changing facade with its glance. Minimalistic glazed rentable ground floor with a frameless structure, green roofs, underground parking, a simple modern city building with 44 apartments. The land plan determined our heights and together with the light conditions divided it into the 2-mass object with a common base. The project together with the land changed its owner, whose plans are still unclear.
